Ypsi Studio is now 100% remote – offering safe, effective workouts even during the pandemic!

Ypsi Studio has moved completely online – or outdoors when the weather permits. Many classes each week are available on Moxie (, or Instagram Live. There’s also a library of past classes available on Julia’s You Tube Channel! Every class is “pay-what-you-can” and you can pay any of these ways:

About Ypsi Studio

Ypsi Studio has been making people stronger and healthier since 2004. We provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while catering to each client’s individual needs. We practice a holistic approach to fitness, with an emphasis on wellness and well-being.

Julia @ stuido, LoleJulia Collins is the owner of Ypsi Studio and Julia Collins Fitness. Julia is an ACE-certified personal trainer, a Cardio Yoga instructor, a Schwinn certified indoor cycling coach, an NAFC Group Ex Master Trainer, a POP Pilates Master Trainer, a Buti Yoga instructor, a and certified in CPR and first aid. She is also an Ambassador for Vibram Five Fingers®, Lole®, and India Hicks®.

Julia says, “I encourage a well-rounded program of cardiovascular work, resistance and strength training, as well as thorough stretching. I LOVE designing programs that involve little or no equipment – the most effective exercises involve resistance and our own bodies. I also design programs with free weights, resist-a-balls, Bosu, medicine balls and resistance bands.” She adds, “Working with groups is the most fun I can have as a coach. I find myself most attracted to classes where music is key. Those class designs with emotional music are the BEST!”
