Run For Your Life: This is a running group that meets every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 5:30am (weather permitting) to run a 3.1 mile (5K) course. Runners of all speeds are welcome to participate!

Running Basics Returns: Running Basics with Moe will be added to Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:45pm. This class include a safe intro to running form, core-strength, stretching and get you ready for goal-setting. We’ll help you improve upon, or run your first 5k!

Races: In addition to the early morning running group and the Running Basics class, Ypsi Studio provides many other opportunities to enjoy running alongside friends. In addition to training together, we often go to races together and support one another like a true team. Whether you are brand new to running, or training for your ump-teenth marathon, Ypsi Studio can be a great place to cross-train, run in inclement weather (on a treadmill), and to find new runner friends.
